Abstract:Building and developing the pre-warning system and traceability system of food safety is the demand for improving the level of the food safety and risk management. It is also the trend of development in global food safety management. This paper emphasized on discussing the development status of pre-warning system and traceability system of food safety in China, and proposed some suggestions based on the current problems.
