Abstract:In this paper, three methods, including GB method, chromatography method and reagent box method, were corrected for detection of Aflatoxin B1content The ratio of methanol to water (1: 1) was changed to 7: 3 methanol water. And the mixture was directly added into the sample. The petroleum ether-transferation step was removed from the GB and reagent kit methods. The manual shaking and evaporation were changed to vortex oscillation and centrifugal method, respectively. The sample extraction method was also improved to be more convenient, , to reduce the pollution and to make the result more stable.
