Abstract:29 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from A.roxburghii, and 7 strains belonged to Rhizoctnia sp. Basing on the culture modality of Rhizoctnia sp, tests of anastomosis group and analysis of 5.8S rDNA-ITS, J1, F1, F7 were found to belong to binucleate Rhizoctonia AG-P. F1and F7 were in the same sub-group, and J1 was in a single sub-group. G1, G3, G5 and G6 were pilot concluded belonging to Moniliopsis of multinucleate Rhizoctonia from orchid.
