Abstract:
The uncertainty of HPLC method for determination of sildenafil citrate illegally added in aphrodisiac products was evaluated. A mathematical model was established by analysis of the uncertainty sources and the combined uncertainty was finally obtained by investigating the uncertainties of various component variables
