Abstract:In this article, a rapid and simple method for DNA extraction from sausage was developed and. PCR was used in detection of plant element in sausage. The time of DNA extraction via phenol-chloroform extraction of the pretreated sausage was 2 h and the quality and concentration of the achieved DNA met the demand of PCR. The plant element in sausage could be detected qualitatively by this method.
