Abstract:The kinetic model of uridine batch fermentation by Bacillus subtilis Tc142 (6-Aur+2-Tur+Upase-) in 5 L auto-control fermentation reactor was established by investigating the cell growth, uridine production and substrate consumption with Matlab software. The results showed that the model successfully simulated the batch kinetics of Tc142 for uridine production.
