Abstract:The purification of chlorogenic acid from Lonicera macranthodes Hand-Mazz by macro porous resin was studied. HPLC analysis showed that the purity and yield of achieved chlorogenic acid were 75.68% and 82.38%, respectively. The NKA-9 resin showed good properties of sorption and desorption.
