    Abstract:

The influence of alloxan on the immunologic function in mice was studied and the regulation of mice immunity by collagen peptide-Chromium(Ⅲ) complex was also investigated by measuring the cytophagocytosis of macrophage in abdominal cavity, antibody formation cell and T-lymphocyte. It was found that collagen peptide-Chromium(Ⅲ) complex could enhance the cytophagocytosis of macrophage, antibody producing cell count and E-rosette concentration, showing regulation effect on the immunologic damage induced by alloxan.
