Abstract:The teaching reform of the course of storage & processing of fruits and vegetables by bilingual teaching was discussed in the paper, focusing on the classroom atmosphere and teaching form, selection of teaching materials, effective use of multimedia. Besides，the examination methods of the course were also analyzed and the problems and improvement measures were represented.
