Abstract:The purification of ε-polylysine (ε-PL) by Ultrafiltration was studed. The processing conditions, including effects of operation pressure, temperature, volume and initial concentration of crude product solution, were optimized. Under the optimal conditions, the protein removal rate and the transmittance rate reached 86.2% and 86.7%, respectively.
