Abstract:Antitumor effects of Alkaloids from Sophora flavescens on weight and survival time of S180 and H22 -bearing mice in vitro were studied. The results showed that alkaloids from Sophora flavescens could inhibit the growth of cancer cells of S180-bearing mice and prolong the survival time of H22 -bearing mice.
