Abstract:The extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Chinese pine pollen were studied in this paper. The optimum reflux extraction conditions were as follows: temperature of 70 ℃, ethanol content of 60% and ratio of solid to liquid of 10:1. In these conditions, the content of flavonoids in the extracts was 1.41%.
