Abstract:The fermentation conditions of a white-rot fungus Coriolus hirsutus for laccase production were optimized by single factor experiment and response surface design. The results showed that the optimal inoculum size, amount of broth in flask and shaking rate were 8.2%, 30.8% and 141r/min, respectively.
