Abstract:
A method for the determination of glutaraldehyde residue in chutty by HPLC was developed. In the range of glutaraldehyde content of 0.2~5 mg/L, the method was fast and accurate with a linear correlation of 0.9995, average recoveries of 77.2%~83.9%, a relative standard deviation of 4.95%~6.22% and a minimum determination concentration of 0.2 mg/L.
