Abstract:
A new NTG-induced mutant of Pseudomonas aeruginosa sp. MIG1.46 was screened using blue gel FP, oil FP and fermentation methods. The yield of rhamnolipid produced by the mutant reached 21.270 g/L, which was 361.0% higher than that by the original strain.
