Abstract:The isolation and purification of acidic mucopolysaccharide from Holothuria scabra Jaeger was studied in this paper. The optimal pH value of the homogenized juice of sea cucumber, the dosage of papain, the temperature and stirring time were 6.0, 250 U/g, 60 ℃ and 9.0 h, respectively.
