Abstract:A new method for the determination of chlorfenapyr in honey by solid-phase extraction and gas chromatography was described here. The method was fast and accurate with a linear correlation of 0.9996 in the range of 0.01 to 0.5 mg/L. Its average recoveries were within the range from 95.7% to 98.1% and the relative standard deviation ranged from 1.3% to 2.4%. Besides, the minimum determination concentration was shown to be 2.0×10-4 mg/kg.
