Abstract:Before the extraction of soybean oligosaccharides from defatted soybean meal under the optimal conditions (the pH value, extracting time and extracting temperature being of 11, 60min and 55℃, respectively), microwave and cellulose were used to pre-treat the defatted soybean meal. The results show that pretreatment of the material with microwave can decrease the extraction rate, while cellulose pretreatment can improve the extraction rate.
