Abstract:Through static adsorption and desorption as well as dynamic adsorption and desorption, the sorption and desorption properties of macroporous resin including AB-8、S-8、NKA、NKA-Ⅱ、D4020、D201、XDA-1 and X-5 for licorice flavonoids were studied to gain better understanding of the separation characteristics of these resins. The results showed XDA-1 resin was preferable for separating licorice flavonoids with the dynamic adsorption and desorption ratio being 92.18% and 83.73%, respectively.
