灵芝多糖组方对腹腔微创术后疲劳与免疫低下的改善作用

The Improvement Effects of Ganoderma Lucidum Polysaccharide Formula on Fatigue and Immunodeficiency after Laparoscopic Surgery

该研究旨在探讨口服灵芝多糖组方对术后患者免疫力恢复、疲劳症状改善及睡眠质量的影响。采用前瞻性、随机、双盲、安慰剂对照、单中心临床试验方法，将78名术后患者随机分为安慰剂组（n = 38）和灵芝多糖组方组（n = 40），分别给予安慰剂和灵芝多糖组方，连续服用30天。结果显示，灵芝多糖组方组总蛋白从60.69 g·L-1上升至69.17 g·L-1，白蛋白从33.47 g·L-1上升至41.27 g·L-1，前白蛋白从196.31 mg·L-1上升至291.21 mg·L-1，均显著高于安慰剂组（P<0.05）。免疫细胞中，灵芝多糖组方组CD3 +百分比从56.96%上升至65.42%，CD3+/CD4 +百分比从41.64%上升至51.77%，CD3+/CD8 +百分比从18.75%上升至27.40%，IgA从2.02 g·L-1上升至2.87 g·L-1，IgG从9.04 g·L-1上升至12.74 g·L-1，均显著高于安慰剂组（P<0.05）。灵芝多糖组方组的TNF-α和IL-6炎症因子水平显著降低（P<0.05），疲劳评分从41.03分下降至27.2分，睡眠质量指数从61.38分上升至84.50分，显著优于安慰剂组（P<0.05）。综上所述，灵芝多糖组方在术后康复阶段具有显著的营养支持、免疫调节、抗炎及抗疲劳作用，能够有效改善术后患者的整体恢复状况，为灵芝多糖组方的应用提供了一定的数据支撑。

Abstract:

The effects of oral Ganoderma Lucidum polysaccharide formula on the immune recovery, fatigue improvement and sleep quality of patients after laparoscopic surgery were investigated in current study. A prospective, randomized, double - blind, placebo - controlled, single - center clinical trial method was adopted. Seventy - eight postoperative patients were randomly divided into a placebo group (n = 38) and a Ganoderma Lucidum group (n = 40), and were given placebo and Ganoderma Lucidum polysaccharide formula respectively for 30 consecutive days. The results were shown that in the Ganoderma Lucidum group, the total protein increased from 60.69 g·L-1 to 69.17 g·L-1, albumin increased from 33.47 g·L-1 to 41.27 g·L-1, and prealbumin increased from 196.31 mg·L-1 to 291.21 mg·L-1, all of which were significantly higher than those in the placebo group (P<0.05). Among immune cells, the percentage of CD3+ in the Ganoderma Lucidum group increased from 56.96% to 65.42%, the percentage of CD3+/CD4+ increased from 41.64% to 51.77%, the percentage of CD3+/CD8+ increased from 18.75% to 27.40%, IgA increased from 2.02 g·L-1 to 2.87 g·L-1, and IgG increased from 9.04 g·L-1 to 12.74 g·L-1, all significantly higher than those in the placebo group (P<0.05). The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 inflammatory factors in the Ganoderma Lucidum group were significantly decreased (P<0.05), the fatigue score decreased from 41.03 to 27.2, and the sleep quality index increased from 61.38 to 84.50, which were significantly better than those in the placebo group (P<0.05). In conclusion, Ganoderma Lucidum polysaccharide formula plays significant roles in nutritional support, immune regulation, anti-inflammation and anti-fatigue during the postoperative rehabilitation stage, and can effectively improve the overall recovery of postoperative patients, providing certain data support for the application of Ganoderma Lucidum polysaccharide formula.
