福白菊是药食兼用型湖北道地中药材,富含黄酮类化合物。以化学体外抗氧化法、体内秀丽隐杆线虫模型法为评价方法,用自由基清除率、抗氧化酶活力及线虫荧光强度等为指标,探究福白菊黄酮化合物的抗氧化能力。将15个不同品牌的福白菊黄酮指纹图谱中所标示的共有峰与抗氧化活性相联系以探明福白菊黄酮与抗氧化活性间的谱效关系。结果表明,福白菊黄酮提取物最大DPPH自由基清除率为83%,ABTS+自由基最大清除率为75%。福白菊黄酮提取物能显著提高线虫内抗氧化酶活力,增强线虫的抗氧化应激抗性。通过分析发现福白菊黄酮指纹图谱中8个特征共有峰对抗氧化活性均有一定的相关性,尤其是3号峰对抗氧化活性作用相关性最显著;4号峰对ABTS+自由基清除率作用相关性最显著。福白菊黄酮提取物具有良好的抗氧化活性,为福白菊后续开发抗氧化剂等提供参考依据。

The medicinal and edible Hubei authentic Chinese medicinal herb, Fubaiju Chrysanthemum, is rich in flavonoids. Aiming at investigating the antioxidant capacity of flavone compounds, an evaluation method based on chemical in vitro antioxidant assay and in vivo C. elegans model was proposed, using free radical scavenging rate, antioxidant enzyme activity, and nematode fluorescence intensity as indicators. The common peaks indicated in the fingerprint spectra of flavonoids from 15 different brands of Fubaiju Chrysanthemum are associated with their antioxidant activity, in order to investigate the spectrum-effect relationship between Fubaiju Chrysanthemum flavonoids and antioxidant activity. the maximum DPPH and the ABTS free radical scavenging rate of the flavonoid extract of Fubaiju were 83% and 75% respectively.? The flavonoid extract of Fubaiju can significantly enhance the activity of antioxidant enzymes in nematodes and oxidant stress resistance. By analysed, it was found that the eight common peaks in the fingerprint spectrum of Fubaiju flavonoids had a certain correlation with antioxidant activity, especially peak 3, which had the most significant correlation with antioxidant activity; The correlation between peak 4 and ABTS+ radical scavenging rate is most significant. The flavonoid extract of Fubaiju possessed antioxidant activity, providing a reference for the further development of antioxidants in Fubaiju.
