    摘要:

    完整的肠道屏障是维持肠道健康的先行和必要条件。乳铁蛋白因其强大的多功能生物活性而备受推崇。近年来,国内外大量研究报道了乳铁蛋白通过修复肠黏膜、调节免疫功能和肠道菌群等来维护肠道健康。本文主要对肠道屏障的结构功能、乳铁蛋白保护肠屏障的作用机制进行了综述,并进一步探讨了其在食品领域中的应用。

    Abstract:

    An intact intestinal barrier is a prerequisite and necessary condition for maintaining gut health. Lactoferrin is prized for its powerful multifunctional biological activities. In recent years, a great number of studies at home and abroad have reported that lactoferrin maintains intestinal health by repairing intestinal mucosa, regulating immune function and intestinal flora. In this paper, the structure and function of the intestinal barrier and the mechanism of lactoferrin protecting the intestinal barrier were reviewed, and its application in the food field was further discussed.
