Abstract:Scented tea is a kind of tea formed by flowers or leaves after deep processing. It is rich in nutritional and functional components, and has a positive effect on human health. Scented tea not only has the function of keeping good health, but also has a certain effect of fitness, so people like to use it as a daily drink in the process of daily life, study and work.With the rapid development of economy, the scented tea market has become more and more prosperous. There are many kinds of scented tea, including rose tea, jasmine tea, honeysuckle tea, chrysanthemum tea, osmanthus tea, dandelion and so on. In this study, the nutritional components, functional components and bioactivity of jasmine tea, rose tea, chrysanthemum tea and honeysuckle tea are reviewed. It is found that the above four scented tea contain protein, vitamin, polysaccharide, catechins, theophylline, flavonoids, and other components, which can effectively resist oxidation, improve immunity, prevent and cure cardiovascular disease.
