从国家市场监督管理总局的通告来看,农药残留已成为影响食品安全的首要因素,而灭蝇胺是农药残留超标次数最多的农药。灭蝇胺的滥用对食品安全和人体健康造成了严重威胁,如何加强食品中农药残留的检测成为社会关注的焦点。该文概述了当前应用于食品中灭蝇胺检测的方法和技术,包括高效液相色谱法、液相色谱—串联质谱法、免疫传感技术、化学传感器技术以及核酸适配体技术,以期为加强灭蝇胺的检测效率提供研究思路。

According to the data from the State Administration for Market Regulation, pesticide residues have become the primary factor affecting food safety. While, cyromazine is the pesticide with the highest number of pesticide residues exceeding the standard. The abuse of cyromazine poses a serious threat to food safety and human health. As a result, strengthening the detection of pesticide residues in food attracts more and more attention. This review provides an overview of the current methods and technologies applied in the cyromazine detection in food, including high-performance liquid chromatography, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, immunoassay, chemical sensor technology and aptamer sensor technology. This review is aimed to provide suggestions for improvement of the detection efficiency of cyromazine.
