该文研究了草果脂质的抗氧化能力和对腹腔注射四氧嘧啶(Alloxan, ALX)(200 mg/kg)诱导的糖尿病小鼠的作用,为糖尿病降糖的同时防止器官病变提供支持。通过采用1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯(DPPH)和2,2’-氨基-二(3-乙基-苯并噻唑啉磺酸-6)铵盐(ABTS+)自由基的清除率来评价草果脂质的抗氧化能力。以添加(ALX草果组)和未添加(ALX模型组)草果脂质(500 mg/kg)的标准饲料喂养糖尿病小鼠28 d,测定其体重、血糖和血脂指标来考察草果脂质对糖尿病小鼠的作用。结果显示,草果脂质浓度为16 μg/mL时,对ABTS+和DPPH自由基的清除率分别为97.21%和98.13%;ALX草果组小鼠体重减轻不显著(P>0.05);对糖尿病小鼠血糖0 d~7 d有降低的趋势(P<0.05)。28 d喂养结束时,ALX草果组的小鼠血脂中高密度脂蛋白(HDL)值升高(P<0.05)显著,低密度脂蛋白(LDL)值下降(P<0.05)显著。总之,草果脂质具有良好的抗氧化能力,有控制糖尿病小鼠体重减轻、降低血糖和调节血脂,缓解损伤脏器的病变,保护肝脏代谢的功能。因此,草果脂质可作为对糖尿病有降糖和控制其病情恶化作用而进行开发和利用。

The antioxidant capacity of Amomum tsao-ko (A. tsao-ko) lipid and its effect on diabetes mice induced by intraperitoneal injection of alloxan (ALX) (200 mg/kg) was investigated. The antioxidant capacity of grass fruit lipids was evaluated by using the scavenging rates of 1,1-diphenyl-2-trinitrobenzene (DPPH) and 2,2 '-amino di (3-ethyl-benzothiazoline-6) ammonium salt (ABTS+) free radicals.Diabetes mice were fed with standard diet supplemented with (ALX A. tsao-ko group) and without (ALX model group) A. tsao-ko lipid (500 mg/kg) for 28 days, and their body weight, blood glucose and lipid indexes were measured to investigate the effect of A. tsao-ko lipid on diabetes mice.The results showed that the lipid concentration of A. tsao-ko was 16 μg/mL, the scavenging rates for ABTS+and DPPH radicals were 97.21% and 98.13%, respectively; The weight loss of ALX grass fruit group mice was not significant (P>0.05). The weight loss of ALX grass fruit group mice was not significant (P>0.05); There was a trend of decreasing blood glucose in diabetes mice from 0 d to 7 d (P<0.05). At the end of 28 days of feeding, the High Density Lipoprotein (HDL) content in the blood lipids of ALX grass fruit group mice increased significantly (P<0.05), while the Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) content decreased significantly (P<0.05). It provided support for reducing blood sugar and preventing organ diseases in diabetes.In conclusion, A. tsao-ko lipid has a good antioxidant capacity, which can control the weight loss of diabetes mice, reduce blood sugar and regulate blood lipids, alleviate the pathological changes of damaged organs, and protect liver metabolism. Therefore, A. tsao-ko lipid can be developed and utilized as a hypoglycemic agent for diabetes and to control its deterioration.
