为探究不同初始水分的东北粳稻在模拟实仓环境储藏的条件下,稻谷中真菌群落随储藏时间的演替变化。选取水分在14.5%-15.5%的稻谷HW和13.5%-14.5%稻谷LW,进入模拟储藏实验。结果表明,高水分稻谷HW水分含量由15.5%降低至15%,低水分稻谷LW水分含量由14.2%降低至13.6%,直至第三储藏期保持平稳。基于可操作性分类单元(Operational Taxonmic Units,OTUs)的物种分类分析,原始稻谷及第一、第二储藏期的稻谷中的真菌群落共计属于2个门,12个纲,20个目,31个科,44个属,51个种。在门的水平上,两种水分稻谷在不同储藏时期的真菌群落的优势菌门为子囊菌门(Ascomycota)、担子菌门(Basidiomycota)、羊肚菌门(Mortierellomyco)、球囊菌门(Glomeromycota)、?罗兹菌门(Rozellomycota)。子囊菌门(Ascomycota)真菌在高水分稻谷(HW)中,数量呈现先增加后减少的趋势(53.2%-74.6%-55.8%)。而在低水分稻谷(LW)中的数量表现为持续增加的趋势(44.6%-73.9%-85.4%)。由此可见,高水分稻谷在每个储藏期真菌群落都发生了明显演替;而低水分稻谷在第二储藏期结束后发生演替。

To explore the fungal community succession of northeast japonica rice with different moisture under the simulated storage condition. Northeast japonica rice with different moisture HW(14.5%-15.5%) and LW(13.5%-14.5%) was simulated under the condition of storage. It is showed that the moisture of two groups of rice decreased in the first and second storage period, and remained stable in the third storage period(HW:15.5%-15.0%;LW:14.2%-13.6%). According to the species classification analysis based on Operational Taxonomic Units (OTUs), fungal communities in primitive rice and rice in the first and second storage periods were classified into 2 phyla, 12 classes, 20 orders, 31 families, 44 genera and 51 species.At the phylum level, there were 5 dominant phyla in the fungal communities of the two kinds of moisture rice in different storage periods. They are Ascomycota, Basidiomycota, Mortierellomyco, Glomeromycota, Rozellomycota.With the extension of storage, the number of Ascomycota fungi in high moisture content rice (HW) increased first and then decreased(53.2%-74.6%-55.8%). While in the low moisture content rice (LW), it showed a trend of continuous increase(44.6%-73.9%-85.4%). The fungal community of high water content rice had obvious succession in each storage period. While there was no obvious succession of the fungal community in low water content rice in the first storage period, the composition and abundance of the fungal community continued to increase until the second storage period ended then the obvious succession occurred.
