对灵芝真菌的发酵培养条件进行研究,选取了7种培养基成分进行研究,通过L18(37)正交试验确定出灵芝真菌的最佳发酵培养组(g/L)合为:葡萄糖30,玉米粉50,黄豆粉10,酵母膏1,KH2PO4 0.7,MgSO4•7H2O 0.1,VB1 0.02,pH 6.0。

[Abstract]
The liquid fermentation medium for the culture of Ganoderma lucidum was studied and the best culture conditions determined by L18 (37) test were as follows (g/L): glucose content of 30, corn meal content of 50, soybean meal content of 10, yeast extract content of 1, KH2P04 concentration of 0.7, MgSO4 7H2O concentration of 0.1, VB1 content of 0.02, pH value of 6.0.
