[摘要]
目的:优选超声辅助提取中草药射干中活性成分鸢尾类物质的工艺。方法:采用正交试验法研究超声时间和超声功率对提取效率的影响,以紫外分光光度法测定鸢尾类物质含量。结论:在实验条件下,用功率为180 W的45 kHz超声波强化提取过程,70%乙醇与射干的液固比(mL/g)为9:1,每次回流提取60 min,可得最佳的提取效果。

[Abstract]
Objective: to study the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of the active compound Tectoridin from Rhizoma Belamcandae. Methods: the effects of extraction time and ultrasonic power were investigated by the orthogonal experiment and the Tectoridin content was determined by UV-spectrophotometer. Conclusion: The optimal ultrasonic power, ultrasonic frequency, ratio of liquid (70% ethanol) and solid (Rhizoma Belamcandae) and reflux extraction time were 180 W, 45 kHz, 9:1 and 60 min, respectively.
