本试验用壳低聚糖与铬(Ⅲ)离子配合生成壳低聚糖铬(Ⅲ)离子配合物,研究pH值、温度、底物浓度、时间对结合率的影响。并对其结构进行了初步研究。红外、紫外-可见光谱分析结果表明壳低聚糖与铬(Ⅲ)能形成稳定的配合物,其配位的基团是-NH2基。铬离子的结合率高达25.04%。

A chitooligosaccharide Cr (Ⅲ) complex was prepared using water soluble chitooligosaccharide and Cr (Ⅲ) ion as substrates and the effects of four factors, including pH value, temperature, substrate concentration and reaction time, on the forming of the complex were investigated. Structure analysis of the complex with IR and UV-Vis spectrophotometric methods showed that the chitooligosaccharide Cr (Ⅲ) complex had high stability and formed via the -NH2 group. The mass percent of Cr reached 25.04%.
