锶的生物学作用及富锶牛奶开发研究

Biological Function of Strontium and Feasibility of Developing Strontium-Rich Milk

摘要:

骨骼健康伴随人的整个生命周期，自出生起至生命终止，人的一生都需要通过补钙来维护骨骼健康，同样，作为有益骨骼健康的锶也是如此，能够影响人的整个生命周期。锶是人体的一种必需微量元素，具有促进成骨和抑制骨吸收、提高心肌功能和促进血管再生、杀菌消炎和抗氧化等多种生物学作用。锶有助于强壮骨骼，预防和治疗骨质疏松和骨折、缓解高血压等疾病。锶在自然界中分布广泛，但在我国各地区分布极不均衡，锶含量低的地区，建议在饮食中及时补充锶元素。该文综述了锶的基本特性、摄入方式及安全性，锶的生物学作用，锶的代谢及其与钙的关系，中老年人的基础性疾病，以及富锶牛奶开发的可行性，以期为提高我国人民的骨骼健康水平提供饮食参考。

Abstract:

Bone health is accompanied by the entire life cycle, from birth to the end of life, people need calcium throughout their life to maintain bone health, similarly, as bone health of strontium is the same, it can affect the entire life cycle of people. Strontium is an essential trace element in the human body, which has various biological effects such as promoting bone formation and inhibiting bone resorption, improving myocardial function and promoting vascular regeneration, bactericidal, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, etc. It helps to strengthen bones, prevent and treat osteoporosis and fracture, relieve hypertension and other diseases. Strontium is widely distributed in nature, but the distribution is extremely uneven in various regions of China, especially in the low content of strontium areas, it is recommended that people need to supplement strontium in the diet in time. In this paper, the basic characteristics, intake methods and safety of strontium, biological function of strontium, metabolism of strontium and its relationship with calcium, basic diseases of middle-aged and elderly people, as well as the feasibility of developing strontium-rich milk were reviewed, with a view to providing dietary reference for improving bone health of Chinese people.
