Abstract:In order to investigate the differences in metabolomics at different mature stages, the metabolites of 4 different types of Sophora japonica were determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS). The results showed that there were 1135 metabolites in Jinhuai rice, 632 of which were differential metabolites. There were 62 repeated differential metabolites among 4 types, which were mainly lipids and lipid-like molecules (30%), organic heterocyclic compounds (23.33%), organic acids and their derivatives (20%), organic oxygen compounds, phenylpropanoids (10% each), alkaloids and derivatives (6.67%), etc. The different metabolites were mainly enriched in the biosynthetic pathways of phenylalanine, tyrosine, and tryptophan. The four kinds of Sophora japonica rice were rich in rutin and quercetin, and based on flavonoid composition clustering, Sophora Japonica J6 and Sophora Japonica J3 were separate ones, and Sophora Japonica J2 and Sophora Japonica J4 belonged to the same group. Golden Acacia rice contained abundant metabolites, and the metabolite composition of early- and mid-maturing Acacia rice had high similarity, while the metabolite composition of late-maturing Acacia rice was significantly different from the other two types, and the difference of metabolites mainly focused on the biosynthesis pathway of aromatic amino acids.
