    摘要:目的:为了筛选适宜吊干杏贮藏的保鲜剂,为生产中吊干杏的保鲜提供理论和科学依据,方法:以新疆一师四团鲜食吊干杏为试材,分别采用乙烯脱除剂及1-MCP对吊干杏进行贮前处理,以无处理为对照(CK),置于0 ℃,湿度为90%~95%保鲜库中贮藏,每隔7 d测定果实各项生理指标。结果:乙烯脱除剂结合1-MCP处理组较对照(CK)和其他处理,抑制了吊干杏在贮藏期间冷害的发生率,O-2·的产生速度以和细胞内H2O2的累积,延缓了SOD、POD、CAT活性的下降速率。结论:乙烯脱除剂结合1-MCP处理,减少了吊干杏在贮藏期间的冷害发生率,更好的防止了果实过高的氧化伤害,维持了吊干杏果实的活性氧代谢平衡,保持了吊干杏贮藏期间的品质和风味。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: Objective: In order to screen suitable preservatives for hanging dried apricot storage and provide theoretical and scientific basis for keeping fresh hanging dried apricot in production, Methods: Fresh hanging dried apricots from 4th Tuan of Xinjiang First Division were used as test material, and ethylene remover and 1-MCP were used to treat the hanging dried apricots before storage. No treatment was used as control (CK), and the apricots were stored at 0 ℃ with humidity of 90%~95%. The physiological indexes of the fruits were measured every 7 days. Results: Compared with CK and other treatments, ethylene removator combined with 1-MCP treatment group inhibited the incidence of cold injury, the production rate of O-2· and the accumulation of intracellular H2O2, and delayed the decline rate of SOD, POD and CAT activities of hanging dried apricot during storage. Conclusion: Ethylene removator combined with 1-MCP treatment can reduce the incidence of cold damage, better prevent excessive oxidative damage, maintain the balance of reactive oxygen species metabolism, and maintain the quality and flavor of hanging dried apricot during storage.
