Abstract:The ethanol extracts from legume of Albizzia julibrissn Durazz were further exacted with different solvents, including petroleum ether, ethyl ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol. The crude extracts were tested for activities against six species of bacteria of pathogenic bacteria by means of disk agar diffusion method. The results showed that different extracts have selectivity effects on testing microbial. The different solvent extracts of Albizzia julibrissn Durazz have different effects. The activity of ethyl ether extract was the strongest, and (S. aureus,,d=20.3mm. E. coli, d=14.3mm. S. typhi,d=14.0mm) water extract was the weakest.
