Several common chemical sweeteners were discussed and the close relationship between chemical sweeteners and Chaoshan preserved industrial development were analyzed. The optimization of sweeteners with high sweetness not only could cover shortcomings from a single sweetener, but also increase sweetness and reduce dosage to reduce costs.
