一株抗真菌的解淀粉芽孢杆菌的鉴定及其抗菌性研究

Identification of an Anti-fungal Strain of Amyloliquefaciens Bacillus and the Properties of the Antifungal Substance

摘要:

本实验室从广州地区土壤中分离得到一株产抗真菌物质的菌株HN06。经检测其对黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)、稻瘟病菌(Magnaporthe oryzae)、水稻纹枯病菌(Rhizoctonia solani)和苦瓜枯萎病菌(cucurbit wilt)均有良好的抑制作用。经生理生化实验及16S rDNA同源性序列分析，鉴定该菌株为解淀粉芽孢杆菌。并对其产生的抗真菌物质的部分性质进行了研究。

Abstract:

A bacterial strain HN06 with anti-fungal effect was isolated from the soil in Guangzhou. This stain showed high inhibitory effects on Aspergillus niger, Magnaporthe oryzae, Rhizoctonia solani and Cucurbit wilt. It was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens by physiological-biochemical properties and phylogenetic analysis of 16S rDNA sequence. And the properties of the antifungal substance produced by HN06 were also studied.
