气相色谱法测定大米中马拉硫磷的残留

Determination of Malathion Residue in Rice by Gas Chromatography

摘要:

本文提出用毛细管气相色谱法来测定大米中马拉硫磷的残留。在选定的气相色谱前提条件下，马拉硫磷的最低检出限为0.004 mg/kg，平均回收率为97.2%；在浓度0.01 g/mL~1.00 g/mL，线形相关系数为0.998。结果显示该方法具有快速、简单、准确、灵敏度高的特点，能够达到国标检测方法的要求。

Abstract:

The determination of malathion residue in rice by capillary column gas chromatography was studied. The linearity is satisfactory with a correlation coefficient of 0.998 at concentrations ranging from 0.01 g/mL to1.00 g/mL. The detection limit and average recovery of malathion were 0.004 mg/kg and 97.2%, respectively. This method was fast, simple and accurate, which could be applied for determination of malathion content in rice.
