Research on the Application of Biotechnology in Modern Cigarette Industry

摘要:

生物技术广泛应用于现代卷烟工业，不仅可提高烟草原料的质量，而且还可降低卷烟对人体的危害，对现代卷烟工业发展具有重大的战略意义。本文综述了生物技术应用于烟草陈化发酵、改善原料、处理烟梗与烟草薄片、生产烟用香精及生物滤棒等方面的研究进展。

Abstract:

Biotechnology has been widely applied in modern tobacco industry, which could not only improve the quality of tobacco material, but also decrease the harm of cigarette to consumers. The applications of biotechnologies in tobacco fermentation, improvement of tobacco quality, treatment of tobacco pipe and slice, tobacco essence production and bio-filters are reviewed in this paper.
