[摘要]
采用四氮唑蓝还原法（MTT法）研究了尖紫蛤糖胺聚糖对人宫颈癌细胞（Hela细胞）、人鼻咽癌细胞（CNE-2Z细胞）、慢性髓性白血病细胞（K562细胞）的体外抗肿瘤活性。结果显示：尖紫蛤糖胺聚糖对三种肿瘤细胞具有较强的抑制能力，并存在一定的量效关系；尖紫蛤糖胺聚糖与阳性药物（5-Fu）合用呈单纯相加作用或增强、协同作用。

[Abstract]
The anti-tumor effect of Glycosaminoglycan from sanguinolaria acutas on Hela cell, CNE-2Z cell and K562 cell in vitro were analyzed by MTT colorimetric method. Results showed that the GAG had anti-tumor activity and the anti-tumor effect of GAG ranged with its concentration. In synergistic inhibition effect of GAG with positive drug (5-Fu) on tumor cells have a simple addition effect or synergistic effect.
